Things to Keep in Mind
A few important reminders to help keep Happy Trails safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone.
📋 General Rules
Firearms are not allowed in any HTCA building.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be courteous with loud vehicles and excessive idling.
Any work done on the inside of your motorhome can be done on your lot. Mechanical work on the outside of your motorhome is to be performed at the Auto/RV Wash Rack per the Association Rules and Regulations.
♻️ Trash & Recycling
Garbage is to be deposited in the in-ground bins on your lot. Pickup is Tuesday and Friday each week.
Trash dumpsters are located at the north end of Happy Trails Blvd. There are also dumpsters in the Villas, but please allow Villa residents to use those, as they fill quickly.
Recycling dumpsters are located at the north end of Happy Trails Blvd. Please use this option whenever possible.
Aluminum cans are collected by Fun & Games in marked collection cans around the Resort as part of their fundraising efforts. Please deposit loose cans rather than bagged cans.

🚙 Rules of the Road
STOP means stop. Cars, golf carts, and bicycles must obey posted signs.
The speed limit is 20 mph on Happy Trails Blvd. and Roy Rogers. All other streets are 15 mph.
Always watch for pedestrians and dogs.
Parking: Cars park in the larger spaces. Golf carts park in the smaller spaces marked by shorter, narrower lines or signage. If all golf cart spaces are occupied, golf carts may use a full-size vehicle space. Cars may not park in golf cart spaces.
Right of Way: Always yield to pedestrians. Bicycles, golf carts, and cars must obey all traffic signs. An exception applies when a golf cart is crossing from off the golf course; in that situation, vehicles already on the roadway have the right-of-way.
🐾 Pets
Pet quantity is limited to two per lot. Please register pets at the Main Office.
You are responsible for picking up after your pets. The Happy Tails Dog Park provides waste bags, and additional dispensers are available throughout the Resort.
Please keep pets on a leash whenever they are outside.
🛡️ Security & Patrol
🚨 In an Emergency: Call 911 First
Then call the Patrol Gate House at 623-584-0068 to let them know there is an emergency in the community.
If you see something suspicious, report it. Contact the Patrol Gate House at 623-584-0068 .
Please be respectful to Patrol staff as they carry out their responsibilities on behalf of the community.
