New Owner Information

GETTING STARTED

Get acquainted with the Main Office, located at Town Center in the Library. We will let you know about the requirements of Happy Trails, starting with your Arrival Form.  Let us order your new Name Badge, tell you how to order your Lot # Sign, set up your HOA payments, and give you a Resident Phone Directory along with other hand-outs. But before you head up to the Office, please read through the Frequently Asked Questions. You’ll be better informed.

USING THIS WEBSITE

For general information about this site, please click here.  You will need to create a sign-in account in order to take advantage of all of the features on this website.  To do so:

  1. At the top of this page, look for the Resident Sign In   (next to the Search box at the top right corner).
  2. Click the Resident Sign In button, which will take you to the Sign In or Sign Up page.   (We need a link here).
  3. Follow the prompts to SIGN UP as a NEW USER, or SIGN IN. (You must SIGN UP once – first, before you can SIGN IN!)

NOTE to New Happy Trails Owners: If you have trouble signing UP, it may be that your information has not been uploaded to the new website version. Web Support can be reached at WebStaffHappyTrails@gmail.com.  We are currently manually entering those new owners. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

GATE TRANSPONDERS:  To order a transponder, please see the Transponder Rules and Procedures, then download and complete the Transponder Form For Owners.
